I just spoke to the fiancé of Barry Croft. Barry was unfortunately targeted and framed by the FBI in their Gov. Whitmer "kidnapping plot" hoax. After the first trial ended with 2 men acquitted and a mistrial on Adam and Barry, they were retried and convicted in a horribly grotesque kangaroo court proceeding which is now being appealed.
Barry is currently in Terre Haute Supermax where he is facing retaliation from the BOP for filing grievances about his mistreatment which he was instructed to do by his appeals lawyer.
They are moving him to the CMU for no reason other than to punish him for speaking out against the government's corrupt actions in his case.
They are now taking the money that his elderly and disabled mother and his aunt put in his commissary each month.
They have reduced his calls to one 15 minute phone call per month.
Because they take his commissary funds, he is unable to purchase the envelopes and stamps he needs in order to reply to letters - these letters are now basically his only means of communication with the world, his family, and his children.
They monitor and "delay" his mail for weeks to months.
I am told he is currently unable to reply to my letters.
