Hello everyone! Here is my article and 23 pages of my trial notes from today's proceedings in the Whitmer Fednapping Retrial. Today saw a slew of FBI agents testify with the government resting their case. The defense began their case and called 2 witnesses. In my personal opinion, things are not going well for the government who I believe have not met the burden of proof for the counts in the superseding indictment. But, you can read the notes and come to your own conclusions!

Stephen Horn is an independent journalist who traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the January 6 speech and protest. He was doing this as a journalist with his film equipment. He has been charged and is currently a January 6 defendant despite being engaged in journalistic work and he is currently working on a January 6 documentary called J6: The First Breach.
